Ted Hill was born in Rochester, NY in 1938. After serving four years in the Marine Corp, Ted and his wife moved to The Bronx, NY to start a family. He worked on wall-street for a number of years and decided to move to Carmel, NY to raise his children in a safer, kinder environment where he then decided to get into the pest control business with a friend. They called it Rid-A-Pest. Years went by and business strived. After more than 20 years in business together, Ted and his business partner decided to go out on their own. Ted Hill Pest Control was born, and after 35 years of being in the Pest Control industry, Ted’s Business is stronger and more knowledgable than ever! His family and employees take pride in being able to help people solve they’re pest problems in a professional manner!
Ted Hill Pest Control is a local family-owned exterminating business that was founded by the extremely knowledgeable Ted Hill himself. Being that Ted is a Marine Veteran, he and his Family have been a part of Toys for Tots for more than 20 years. As members of The Greater Mahopac-Carmel Chamber of Commerce and also The Kent Chamber of Commerce, we are Proud and Honored to be able to say that we serve and protect our community every day– from disease carrying rodents and wood destroying insects, to bees on your property and bats in your attic, and the list of pests goes on and on.
